Hi guys and girls
We are all coming here for a reason: Job, girl/guy, just for fun or anything else.
But if we intend to stay longer here ofcourse we need to find a flat and install wifi there.
If you are having a flat outside of a tier 1 city you should better have an extra agreement with the company you set up the wifi for at home otherwise it will happen the same as happened to me in Yinchuan. Pay 100¥ every month for 20MBps Internet, sounds good. But after the was installed i checked it with a speedcheck. Well, 20MBps were promised, but what I really got were only 2MBps (once even 725KBps). After asking them to increase it, they said that for this they need to install somthing which costs several thousand Yuan which I will have to pay then...
Well, paying money then for almost nothing. Hope it won't happen to u guys

Hmmmm, I have heard both good and bad stories of internet/wifi. It is surprising that even universities do not all have reliable, easy access.
