2) Music Box音乐匣子
Music Box (Jida branch) is conveniently located on Jida Haibin Nanlu. With a floor space of 2000 square metres, this KTV parlor houses a total of 50 private rooms, each with a different interior style. If you suddenly get the urge to sing in a Mickey Mouse, rose petal or butterfly themed room, then this is the karaoke parlor for you.

Each room is equipped with high resolution LCD screens, an excellent sound system and a frequently updated playlist that includes a large selection of foreign songs. However, rooms are generally quite small and they don’t include private bathrooms. Music Box also houses a convenience store where hungry customers can purchase snacks and drinks.

Prices here are on the high side; however a special 8 RMB per hour deal is available every morning at 11:00 – great for parties, work events or other functions.

Green Box is the most convenient choice for those with cars, boasting a parking lot with over a thousand parking spaces. The rooms at Green Box come in a number of styles, but overall the interior is rather dark, accentuated with neon lighting. Like Music Box above, Green Box offers a variety of kitschy themes like cartoons and flowers. Green Box offers a variety of private room sizes, each equipped with imported sound systems from the US, with touch screen displays that allow customers to handwrite the name of the song they’d like to find. The playlist mainly features new songs, with an especially large selection of Korean and Japanese songs.
