Beijing marshals on patrol found drugs hidden in a very creative way on a man acting suspiciously on a train heading to Lhasa from Beijing West station. The suspect was removed from the train and given a urine test. His urine tested positive for morphine, but no drugs were found in his luggage or person. After further police questioning, the man confessed and pulled a tiny plastic bag from under his foreskin. The bag held 0.1 g of heroin. This year, Beijing marshals have caught a total of 6 suspects carrying drugs on trains.

Max payload for a Chinese foreskin is 0.075g so I think they will also charge him for overweight baggage.
