Looking for a more casual dining experience? Check the American-style burger place called Fat Cow on the pedestrian street called Laowai Jie. This restaurant offers an outdoor escape—that you never knew existed—in the crowded alleys of Tianzifang. Kommune’s bohemian-style courtyard is located in the centre of Tianzifang. Their food menu is filled with various delectable breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes; make sure to try the salmon bagel with poached eggs or the homemade lasagne. 5. Park Tavern
Located across from Xujiahui Park, this renovated house turned restaurant has the perfect outdoor seating for those longing for a break from the busy city life.
